(More customer reviews)I paid $108 for a flip key for my WRX. A week and a half later, I receive an envelope from iKeyless containing, wait for it... a piece of rubber. So I get on the phone and tell them that they've made a mistake, and that they will ship out the remote immediately. This time I ask if they can email me a tracking number, the girl says yes, but never asks for my email address. So I suggested she ask me for my email address as she would need it to email me. I give her my email address, and guess what, I never get a tracking number. 2 weeks later I finally receive the remote. Essentially, they have taken a circuit board from a Subaru remote, and put it in a cheap piece of plastic. Also, the remote is HUGE. Like MASSIVE. Be prepared for it, because its about the seize of most cell phones. In conclusion, the customer service leaves much to be desired, and the product is far from satisfactory.
