So, we called ekeylessremotes, and left a message. They called us back, and walked through it. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. So, they sent a replacement right away with a postage-paid return envelope to send back the defective one. No hassles. The new key fob worked immediately after programming. We lost a few days, but are very pleased with both the replacement fob and the service provided.
